it is, i remember when my mum bring me to open my kiddy bank account when i'm 7 years old, i do remember that the staff said my account needs to have a certain amount, or the bank will deduct money from it.
then when i'm almost 18 years old, my mum warn me not to overspend or i might risk getting money deduct from my account.
I had askled the bank staff last year, and they DID admit that there's a deduction if my acount goes under $500, but i forgot it's 18 or 21 years old. the deduction is not more then $5, but i forgot it's deduct every week or every month
