Well... when they use english on Japan is not really like "words", it's more like "cool meanless signs" (even when they really know the meaning and it fits the song or whatever), the same way some western people have kanji tattoos or t-shirts without knowing japanese... So, IMO they capitalize the words on a way they think it looks better
