Nope.
I have a love for older Hikaru releases but her current English stuff is lacking anything (not comparing her Japanese work here).
She's not famous in America, or most of the world, and yet this silence on her team and her front for her US release seems really poor for the potential fans that live in the states and want more from her. It turns me off from really caring about her as an artist because I feel there is a disconnect.
Most of you connect to your artists because of various reasons, yes? That's the disconnect I'm talking about.
She comes across as a steely ***** for some reason.
She's not an established artist here and she received a huge deal that anyone who really wanted to make it big for their music would have killed for. Seems like feathers in the wind to her. Her quality of music was lackluster for both English CDs and fails to really entice me into purchasing any further English releases.
