That was pretty intense. I like some of Regina Spektor's songs but I'm definitely going to check this song out.

I can't think of any super depressing songs right now, but Endless Sorrow is pretty heartbreaking and also this song makes me cry EVERY time (it's not depressing or lonely but it makes me!!) minus Wakadanna (oddly it's HIS song and I hate his version) but the lyrics are about family and they're very beautiful (no English though):
