Well, I'm not 100% sure, but yeah, random seats from the entire stadium. But I'm not entirely sure. It should be somewhere in one of the threads here about concert tickets.
So I think even regular ticket buyers can get a seat in that special area. I'm probably going to go for a B-block center seat again. They are nice to the front and still not too expensive. Well, about 150euro, that's my budget for 1 ticket, which is around 20.000yen, B-Block seats are usually around that price when buying in the reseller shops. But it could be that prices will be higher because it's a CDL concert, don't know that yet.
