Not at all. I have yet to watch BF so I can't make the most accurate of judgments, but I trust what my fellow long-time Namie fans say about it. The general consensus seems to be that she rocked the show! We have to remember that this was the 58th concert date out of 60, so she's not going to be at her best vocally.
Her voice is very unique and above average in Japanese music even if she's not the best of the generation or something. I don't know how you can call it annoying, wouldn't a singer with a high-pitched voice be more annoying shouting? I love to hear her energetic and shouting; her voice becomes much deeper then, lol.
