Definitely Russia. The London one is okay, but Russia has Namie written all over it. I really want her blue/silver jacket! It's awesome! I personally can't stand the LA one though. I think the only part of that one I like is her hair. Seriously, neon yellow platform sandals, with socks?! :: shudders at the fashion industry ::
