It's possible that it is latex and pleather combo, but definitely not leather and it looks mostly like latex to me. And I'm not sure what exactly would be pushing them inward here since she obviously isn't wearing a bra. The outfit would have to have some kind of corset like boning material in the sides to produce that kind of effect most likely - but the pictures aren't high resolution enough to be able to see whether that is the case or not.
And I don't think there has been anytime this year where she has looked "flat."
That is the first pic though that I would say her breasts actually look bad in.
