^ I got it at HMV Japan.
They have both the
Korean press (with photobook) and the
Japan press (no photobook).
HMV Japan only accepts credit cards and only ships via EMS, though, so unless you're buying a lot of CDs at once, the shipping cost might not be worth it.
Oh, and they include a commercial invoice with their shipments so you'll likely have to pay duty/customs fees.
