I was actually thinking about this earlier today. I can't remember how long Utada allowed her hair to get after "ULTRA BLUE" before she cut it again for "HEART STATION."
When I think about it, it feels as if it was short the entire time, but I know it couldn't have been because of the big deal we made when she cut it again, which you so hilariously demonstrated above.
I just can't remember though. Oh yeah. It was still in the "ULTRA BLUE" cut for "Boku Wa Kuma" because I remember her going on that show to promote it and she brought a gift and stuff. She was hilarious on that show. I need to look that up. I miss Utada on television shows now.
And then I think she may have cut her asymmetrical bit of her hair off to match the other side during "Flavor of Life" and then she really went to town on her hair for "Beautiful World." That was the beginning of what was really to come. And then we got the final "HEART STATION" cut during her promotion for the "HEART STATION/Stay Gold" Single promotion and the rest is history.
Wow. Was there really nothing from the Summer of 2008's "Prisoner of Love" Single to the release of "This Is The One" in the Spring/Summer of 2009?
Jesus Christ. Utada needs to SIT DOWN! Scratch that. She needs to Stand Up.....and do something.
