Actually "ULTRA BLUE" was short hair. When I first saw the cover though, I couldn't tell that it had been cut either. With that extravagant outfit, the rest of her hair could have been anywhere. When I realized that her hair was cut short in that cover, I was never able to look at the cover the same way again. Now the cover looks completely different to me.
"HE" would be the British narrator in that commercial.
