Let's take an american artist. someone that doesn't speak a word of japanese, taylor switft! its like her album fearless, is it? having every single song title in japanese. It would make no sense, she doesn't speak a word of japanese and you turn to the back of the album and see every single song title is in kanji like sotsugyo shashin, and anata ga shite kureta koto (yes, koda kumi!)

I don't even think ayu knows what they mean. she didn't speak a word of english till just a few years ago and I bet if we went years and years back and had her read us the track list off one of her albums. she wouldn't be able to do it. it would be just as weird as if every single song off an album of hers had a title in french or swahili. Really pointless unless your incorporate that language into it.

namie has tooons of english song titled...songs. but they all have tons of english in the lyrics and yes, she has a french titled song with no french in it (moi et tu? is it?) but that is one. you don't see her naming every song she has in french.
I cannot imagine evolution as 進化 (shinka,) CAROLS as キャロルズ (kyaroruzu), and Boys and Girls as 男の子と女の子 (otokonoko to onnanoko.)

The difference between the Taylor Swift and Japanese and Ayu and english is that in high school, there is an english class, so pronounciation of english is already known, even if theres an accent. In america, you dont have to take japanese one, right? so you cant compare. Japanese already know how to pronounce english ones, even if the meaning is not clear.
