Update!
These arrived yesterday:

Nami Tamaki - Moshimo Negai Ga... (both limited editions, CD+DVD & CD+Calendar)

The CD+Calendar is packaged with two slim cases, one for the CD, and another for the desk calendar (feat. images from her past two Universal J singles).
Oh, and both came with pocket calendars.
