The pronunciation is "marron", like in "marron-glacè" using C+R+E+AYUMI's example... or "maron" as it would be written in japanese...
there is no "l" on japanese language...When a foreign word has this letter, they pronounce it like "r"... Sometimes, when they are writting on western languages, they use "l" instead of "r" by mistaken, cuz for them, both letters have the same sound ^^
it's the same for "b" and "v" for example =)
