About b-v, i was saying that they usually uses "b" on foreign words that use "v", cuz their alphabed doesn't have a "v" (or a "l"). And yeah, I heard japanese people pronouncing "v" as "b" more than once

About the "r" and "l" I'm sorry, I forgot that not all languages pronounce "r" the same way as japanese and portuguese do (cuz both languages pronounces it in the same way most of the time)
japanese and portugese do not have the same R; although it comes really close.
And japanese do have a 'v' for katakana-words. va vi vu ve vo is perfectly possible. however, the japanese v (also in fu) is a bilabial sound, instead of a labiodental sound (like almost all other languages)..
