isn't it omai and omae (i & you) like a more "informal"/rude way of addressing someone?
then boku and kimi are the "normal" ones
watashi/atashi and anata are the most "formal" ones
i could be wrong though.
anyway, I don't think GREEN is actually specified to a particular gender. While it's confusing cos she dances with Midori, a woman, in the PV, and Maro in the live @ PCDL; I think it's a love song that expresses feelings, no matter who that person your heart is in agony for. Johnny or Joni, it doesn't matter.
