I understand. My advice is to order at CDJ. You can order all versions and choice "cash send via registered air mail" as payment option. You won't have to pay earlier and (1st press) CDs will be reserved for 6 weeks. When you'll know which version you want to buy, you'll make changes in your order: cancel unwanted CDs and change payment methode to PayPal or Credit Card (you can cancel whole order as well)

You can't have sure about it. R/S had poor 1st press bonus so it may be still available but for ex. NEXT LEVEL USB sold out in 2 hours. That's why is worth to pre-order asap.
