Well Ayumi is pretty much screwed if she move the release to the 23rd. Kanjani 8 (JE Boyband) is releasing a single on that day. And the 24th and 25th.
I hope she will be able to outsell Fukuyama. I would hate to see her lose the streak but then again it's gotta end sometime.
