The first thing that comes to my mind is not a mishearing but a misreading. >.< There runs a dyslexia in my family so... Anywho, for a long time I thought CAROLS was named CARLOS (its hard to get that big hairy man out from my thoughts when I hear the song). XD And I always thought, "why.... this title...?"
