We Can Make A Feast From These Crumbs: The Kris Allen Thread
Okay, I feel like I'm in a massively disproportionate minority by loving this guy, but I do. I screamed and jumped for joy when he won American Idol this year (I was rooting for him). I loved the absolutely ballsy risks he took, especially with Heartless and She Works Hard For the Money.
I love his voice (I think it's quite underrated, it's strong, identifiable, and clear), think he's a great singer and songwriter, think he's adorable, and can't wait to get his album (I haven't even heard it yet, except for Live Like We're Dying. I really need more). I can't wait to hear the new version of Heartless he's recorded (especially since I loved the dark power-ballad version he did on tour). I even like No Boundaries!
