I don't consider second-session as a best one because this includes 12 singles that were NOT included in any other studio album..
and Driving Hit's is a REMIX ALBUM..

Not to be rude, but if it has the word "best" in the title, it's a best album, no matter what you consider it. And yes, for someone who has a 9 year career, 4 are too many. Not even including compilations. I just hope they don't slap the word "best" on an album for the sake of it. Besides, any "best" album she puts out any time soon would be pointless considering it would only contain a few recent songs. Maybe for her anniversary, she should go a different route. I think not having a best album for that year would be a lot less predictable.
