I think there's a certain "familiar" element in the composition of Moments and Memorial address. Not sure what, can't put my finger on it, but it's there. Not plagiarism, just something familiar and comforting. But that's just how I hear it.
Otherwise, they both have gorgeous lyrics, and Ayu has her heart in those songs...
