We are writing to you regarding the tickets you have ordered for the Utada event at O2 Academy Islington on 12 February 2010.
We are sorry to inform you that due to an administrative error on our part, your booking was processed in error, and was not part of the allocation of tickets we were instructed to sell on behalf of the venue.
We have looked at alternative tickets to enable you to access this event, but unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions at the venue regarding capacity, this was not possible. We have no alternative other than to cancel and refund in full your ticket purchase.
A full refund, including the service fee and order processing fee will be issued to the card used at the time of booking within the next 14 days.
