Yeah i think thats just the wrong side they use the word "BEST"!
BUT maybe it's just the typical japanese english fault why a single collection, a themed compilation, number 1's summery or a selected songs album mostly had the word "BEST" in the title!
I think the best thing for a 3rd BEST were this:
Disc 01: CD/Singles Black Cherry+Kingdom
Disc 02: CD/Singles TRICK+8th Album+Singles for this BEST
Disc 03: CD/Re:recorded Versions of old songs like TAKE BACK, walk, real Emotion, etc.
Disc 04: DVD/all the PV's
and all in a special box like A COMPLETE, BUT without ugly looking CD's in it!
