And here's my quick review of some of the highlights of the show:
Dance in the dark
Everyone was SO suprised that she started with this song. We all thought she would start with either BAd Romance (the ra ra ah ah ah...would've been an awesome intro) or Monster. The intro wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't as epic as the Fame Ball intro. The staging is really cool...it looked like she was inside a 3D box with techno lights all around her.
Fashion
I was very shocked that she sang it. Fashion is one of my favorite song and i'm very glad she did it. She wore the golden outfit that made her look like an egyptian goddess. Most people didn't know the song and thought it was a brand new song.
Paper Gangsta
Another good surprise. Down side of it is that she seemed lazy to sing it and just mumbled the verses. Also, she was smoking while singing the song, probably trying to portray the 'Gangsta' feel of the song. Apparently, she smoked 3 or 4 other times, but I didn't notice. Not a very good image.
Paparazzi
She looked amazing here. She was wearing the same outift as the Fame Monster cover (blonde version) and at one point, she got on a platform and it moved up, then down. Her vocals were great here.
Eh Eh (nothing else I can say)
I was waiting for the 'Orbit' to appear and it finally did LOL Very cool effect and the orbit was spinning SO fast.
All in all, a great show, but I much preferred the Fame Ball cause I tend to like smaller productions which are less noisy and more simplistic.

Speechless
Fear of Death. She wrote it as a plea for her dad to get a heart surgery.
Teeth
Fear of Truth. Show me your teeth= show me the truth. She said she used to replace truth with sex. She hides in the physical aspect of the relationship.
I guess what she means is that sex is much easier than love, but sex isn't something that's true. It's like fake affection, fake love....
Monster
Fear of Sex. The song is about a guy with a big engine LOL She's scared of attachment and she always goes back to the 'Monster', which is bad for her.
So happy I could die
Fear of alcohol, drugs, addiction. She says that when you drink, you're in that state of happiness, but when it all ends, you go down very very fast.
Telephone
Fear of Suffocation. She loves her work so much that it's hard for her to just go out and have a good time. The telephone in her head tells her to keep working.
