They are not changing anything, even if it's copied.
Avex knows very well what they do, they probably have a nice and wonderful team of lawyers straight from hell to work for them xD Before copying anything, they probably investigated the Korean magazine, saw that they weren't any kind of threat for a company as big as Avex Trax, and copied it. Also, they probably payed them beforehand for using the concept and no big deal about it, which would be more honest than directly stealing the concept anyway.

It's not the first time they do this, and probably will not be the last xDD Remember Koda Kumi's SHAKE IT and Run for your life! controversies? And what about Ami Suzuki's can't stop the DISCO PV? Usual stuff for them. Not that I personally like it, there are bunchs and bunchs of young, fresh designers who could have come up with amazing ideas for the album concept.
