^ Exactly, the CD's that come in slips or boxes don't have OBIs

like A BEST 2 (first press) and the 3CD+DVD A COMPLETE ~ALL SINGLES~ first press box.

Also my RMX WORKS (ayu trance 3 and ayu-ro-mix 3) didn't come with OBIs.
