I'm really disappointed at the 1st week sales too D:

I don't really know why it wouldn't sell... A best-of after 3 original albums seems pretty normal to me, not too early at all (especially if you think of EXILE & co. who have like, more best-ofs than studio albums @__@). I personally bought the album especially because of the b-sides, because I LOVE most of them and it's more practical to get all at once than go and buy all of their singles. I've been saying that I wanted a b-side best ever since the release of their 2nd album, so I felt like my prayers were awnsered XD

I don't think ugly covers affect sales that much in Japan LOLOLOL. And anyway the covers for this album seemed pretty normal for GReeeeN standards since they have that... "humor" factor? lol. Plus as far as marketing goes, they had a limited edition full of cool bonuses and fancy box packaging so I think it would've made up for it...

I think it may've got to do with what people expect from GReeeeN, and it being a bit different from other groups? Cuz since they don't show their faces it's hard to sell the members so people are only really interested in the music, and the usual marketing startegies don't work the same, I guess. Cuz I would've never though that, with singles selling less than 100k and no big hit like Kiseki, Shio Kosho would've went on to sell almost a million. It wouldn't make any sense with any other artist... so maybe they just aren't the type to have successful best albums lol. I just hope this won't hurt their next albums' sales (not sure why it would, I guess I'm just a bit insecure XD)

...end of uninteresting rant. LOL.
