A while before Ayaka released her best album a few months ago the 2nd disc was compiled by fans who voted online, but this was open to the public via her official website. So assuming the public actually voted for Kuu's new Best, how come we didn't know about before....? Even if it was limited to her fan club members it would have surfaced that such a thing was being conducted, no?

Yeah, it's damn weird and to be honest I don't find it on her offcial site.
I've read it somewhere else as well, not just here, so I believed it was true.
