"Yurusu" has two meanings.
1. Forgive
2. Allow / permit
If you take 1, this line will be "Forgive me, just for now". I thought this sounded odd. So I took the meaning 2, and interpreted like "Please allow me to express my love for you, just for now". I also thought of another translation, "Excuse me, please, just for now". But I was not confident in it. Anyway, I have to say that this line is the most unclear part in this song.
