congrats to Hikki. i think she is one of the most influential artists of the decade.
though...the writer makes it seem that idol pop and marketing are bad things. say what you will, but i don't see why you have to dumb down their popularity just because Hikki is supposedly more "authentic" than idols or those driven by marketing.
but tbqh, i have no idea who MONGOL800 are. and i think i have a good understanding of the j-music world. but...that's just me.
