Im not ashamed of liking ayu, I dont see ayu being a "girls only" thing, she doesnt sing ****ty or anything (like in her lyrics) she sings about overcoming problems and loss and being strong etc compaired to someone like Kumi's music which I would class more of a "girls music" though she does have some good sounding songs though. Some songs are more girly than others but thats because ayu is a girl and I find them fun and cute when she preforms them live. The only problem I get is that she is asian and doesnt sing in english but I just dont listen to those comments. Anyone who steps into my house can clearly see that I like ayu a lot
I see it as people think that ayu is a girl so only girls can like her which isnt the case at all
