No.
Remotely we could say fukuyama that might get #1 for the whole 2nd week but he will need to sell like 80,000-90,000 more copies this week while the 2nd week of his single sold around 33,000 (and the present 3rd out of 3rd+4th around 15,000) so yeah, he has no chance even if he will sell more than ayu's single for the whole week.
