How did people create close-to-official looking CD graphics

Hi, I have to make some CD related graphics for a school project and I was wonder how people created the copy-right, warnings etc. and the Japaneses writing.

For example...

These are created by a hardcore ayu fan - CΛRLOS @ AC. They look so authentic!

Since I can't type Japanese nor do I know how, does anyone know if there is a website with the text on there that I could copy & paste? Also, are there Photoshop brushes for all those copy right and avex icons?

Thanks in advance!

*Sorry if this is not the right forum, but I thought since I wasn't posting any graphics I created, it shouldn't go in the Graphic Art section and not the Enquiries section either since it's more of a technical question. *
