Hasn't the been announcing her past three tours around this time of year? I don't know when AT05 was announced, but that started in February, and again, I don't know when AT06 was announced, but both that and AT07 started in March, and then AT08 and AT09 started in April... I wouldn't be surprised if she continued this March-April starting trend.

And she's spending several weeks recording her new album in London... why not start the tour there?
