I was in NYC for 4 days last January (2009) and just about froze to death for most of the trip (mind you, I had the misfortune of being in town during the really frigid cold snap that month). I tend to always be cold regardless, so I'd feel better wearing layers I can remove than being a popsicle. I hope the venue has a coat check though so that I don't overheat during the concert.
