^Avex isn't just dealing with anyone here
If it was an up and coming star, avex probably would drop them, but it's Ayumi Hamasaki. It's still an on-going investigation, so they won't just drop her, because she may or may not be involved. She's worth more to avex than some bad publicity right now.
