I made an account for this subject. First off, I think it's very important that the book is delivered in person. Sending it over to the TA address can be done any day, but you won't be sure that Ayu actually receives it and won't get to see her reaction.
Secondly, I agree with Zelda-Maker. Everyone should have one page that they can fill with whatever they want (poems, comments, quotes, drawings, pictures, etc.). Then it is all put together in one big book. Someone in the other in the other topic said that we'd get 1000 replies, but I think that we'll get only 50-200. If you put two pages with their backs to eachother in a transparent sleeve, then that's already only 25-100 'pages' + they're protected.
Anyways, I live nearby London so I'm definitely going and my father is able to print for cheap at his work. I just thought I'd offer this, because in the other topic I saw someone complain about who was going to print it all and that it will cost money, etc.
