In other words, no, they're not tied, but yes - Ku's singles, other than It's all love!, weren't that successful this year.
Ayu had 3 singles released in 2009: Days/GREEN, Rule/Sparkle and Sunrise/Sunset, Ku had four - that doesn't tie them either
You were.../BALLAD is, as you know, counted towards 2010.
