^ Depends on the venue I guess because at Yoyogi I rarely see scalpers out. They are probably there, but maybe they are more covert about it.
At Saitama Super Arena they were all over me literally the moment I stepped off the train. As for A or B section tickets, I'm sure sometimes they have them, but expect to pay an extremely hefty price.
