Judging from the size of the place, it looks like some sort of studio lot in Los Angeles, which is likely to not be open to the public.
If anyone can find out any information confirming otherwise, it'd be nice.
*Both NEXT LEVEL and Curtain call were filmed in the Southern California area, NEXT LEVEL on the Pacific Coast Highway I believe, and Curtain call some place in L.A./Hollywood. I think it's a lot like what's happening with the new PVs in London. They appear to be shooting two as she is recording new songs in the recording studio. She probably finished two tracks or more in Japan for video usage in London.
