now in my degree about asian studies, everyone know j-pop and K-pop it's really popular (boy bands of course ¬¬)
and I was thinking about it now... I feel like ina little japanese community...
90%-> ARASHI, NEWS,... and K-pop boybands
09%-> other (visual, or average female solo -not in namie/ayu/kuu's level you know)
inside that 90% we can find a little %, like 20% that also knows and listen usually to solo female artist like Ayu, namie and Kuu, but not their favourite artists... some of them really like kuu or namie though
they there's a 1%, ME! that prefer solo female artists over boybands, and I'm the only Ayu-lover >.< thought some really apreciates her ^^
