Yeah, it's practice. But it's hard, because everyone speaks in a different way, and at different speeds, so unless you're really good at Japanese, it can be pretty hard to keep up with them sometimes.
ayu's wonderful though, she speaks at a really comfortable speed, and her pronunciation's nice, so she's really easy to follow.
it's that guy's speech that I can't catch sometimes lol!
