Not really. PVs usually air about maybe just under 2 weeks until the release. I remember when Rule/Sparkle was coming out, when the PV aired I was listening to the PV constantly for about a week and a half before we got a leak

I wasn't talking about the singles, both (don't) Leave me alone and NEXT LEVEL aired only a couple of days prior to the album's release
as far as I remember. It's certainly not weeks...
as for Rule some of us had the actual leak two weeks before the PV aired
