The limited edition box as the only version in HK would be a fail cuz of the following reasons 1) The majority of people who are going to get it are hard core fans 2) The casual listeners who would like to buy the album would be forced to pay almost 3x the price of an album and might not even want the tour, so they most likely won't buy it at all. In other words we can place our bets on CD+DVD being released for sure.
