31 years old is not too young nor too old for botox. My sis used to work in a plastic surgery, and the patients there ages varies from 16 to 90 years old.
The common age among customers who do botox are between 20 to 40, especially if you are rich enough, but you will still need the help of facial products and health product too...or it will be wasted.
It's not a crime or anything to do botox, honestly, so please don't hate me for saying that. (>_<)
