Maybe in other people opinion it isn't the most beautiful voice in this list, but... I really enjoy listening to Kuu's voice. She owned my heart by live performances.
Mika Nakashima is very very close - she's awesome in her jazzy sounding songs. Chihiro Onitsuka's voice is decent too, but I can't enjoy any of her songs since Las Vegas album
