A melody can easily be transcribed from 6/8 to 4/4. If not, it would've been impossible to have trance remixes of these song. I think almost all of ayu's trance/dance remixes are in 4/4 with the exception of Never Ever on ayu-ro II (which is quite strange to listen to!!!, but very interesting).
In addition sometimes the 6/8 is more of a rythm and as long as the the bars/musical phrases are following structure of 4 x 6/8, depending on the tempo of the melody, whether the songs is transcribed in 4/4s with triols or 6/8 could be abitral.

Sorry for being so unclear, but it's been a while since I did music theory and I didn't do it in english.
A score wouldn't really clear things up IMO, most pop songs use the same type of harmonies and even a lot of the same melodic phrases/passages without being remixes.
Despite the technical possibilities of making such a remix, I can't hear any similarities between the songs in the clip you posted.
