I think people who say they can't stand all Western music because it's all about sex don't know where to look. Mainstream is generally about sex or nothing, true, but there's a lot more out there than what's played on MTV.
Personally, I like all types of music. Granted, most of what I listen to is Japanese, but I have almost an equal amount of music that's not Japanese that I value just as much. Like aloopy said, I don't want to limit myself because there's no reason to.
