I guess she's trying to make a point that in the past it was always others - the media, "evil people"?, etc who are trying to get her or something, but now, at this time and age, she realized that it's she herself who has been destroying "Ayu"... which makes it even more sad.
Like, all the mistakes she has made in the past... they're a part of destroying Ayu isn't it? So with "Don't look back", it's like a, "I've made mistakes and destroyed myself along the way in the past, but I'm gonna look forward and keep moving on..."
